Refund Policy CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 
The online store AI WEB SHOP operates in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, an EU law that protects the fundamental rights of consumers when purchasing products and services. The legal provisions safeguarding the rights of customers, i.e., consumers of the AI WEB SHOP online store, are outlined below. The term "Seller" refers to SMS RENT d.o.o., the owner of the AI WEB SHOP online store, while "Buyer" refers to any visitor who has placed an order and paid for a product. 

Product Quality 
The Seller guarantees the quality of the products.

Customer Complaints 
In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, the Seller allows all Buyers to submit complaints via mail to the Seller's address:

or via email to the Seller's email address: info@webprodaja.shop. The Seller will notify the Buyer upon receipt of the complaint. All objections and complaints will be addressed within 15 days from the date of receipt. To confirm the receipt of a written complaint, as required by Article 10, Paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, and to respond accordingly, the Buyer must provide accurate contact details. 

Liability for Material Defects 
The Seller is liable for material defects of the product in accordance with the Obligations Act (Articles 400-422). The Seller is responsible for any material defects present at the time the risk is transferred to the Buyer, regardless of whether the Buyer was aware of them. The Seller is also responsible for any material defects that appear after the risk transfer if they result from a cause that existed before the transfer. However, the Seller is not liable for minor material defects. If, after inspecting the product, the Seller determines that the complaint meets the conditions for a valid claim under the Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act, the product will be replaced or the full amount paid will be refunded within 15 days from the receipt of a valid complaint. If the complaint is deemed invalid or is rejected, the Buyer will be informed within 15 days from the date of complaint submission. 

Online Consumer Dispute Resolution 
In accordance with EU regulations, the AI WEB SHOP participates in online consumer dispute resolution for products and services purchased via the internet. EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) for consumer disputes has been in effect since January 9, 2016. According to Article 14, Paragraph 1 of this Regulation, online retailers based in the European Union are required to provide an easily accessible electronic link to the ODR Platform on their website.
