Delivery Policy

Payment Methods and Delivery 
Products are ordered by selecting and filling out an electronic form (order form). The Buyer can order a product only as a registered user. A product is considered ordered once the Buyer completes the entire ordering process. 

Payment Methods 
The payment for ordered products can be made in the following ways:
•Bank transfer/Online banking
•Credit/Debit cards
•Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dai, Ethereum, Litecoin, and USDT or USDC)

Bank Transfer/Online Banking Payment 
By selecting the bank transfer (payment slip) or online/mobile banking option during the ordering process, the Buyer will receive payment details via email in the form of a payment offer. This offer is considered a distance contract. More information regarding the Seller's obligations and the Buyer's rights under a distance contract can be found in the Terms of Use. If the Buyer does not receive the payment details or a confirmation that the contract has been concluded after completing the order, they should check: Whether the email is in the Junk/Spam/Trash folder or whether their inbox is full. The delivery process begins once the payment is recorded in the Seller’s system. 

Credit/Debit Card Payment 
Single payments can be made using Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners, CUP, and JCB payment cards. During the checkout process, the Buyer is redirected to the payment service provider's website, where card details are securely processed. The payment service provider stores this information in accordance with PCI DSS certification, the highest standard for data security. All personal data provided during the order process is collected, processed, and used in accordance with applicable EU regulations. 

Delivery Timeframes 
Orders for in-stock products will be delivered within 5 business days from the date the payment is recorded in the Seller’s account. If a selected product becomes unavailable after purchase, the Seller will immediately inform the Buyer. The Buyer then has the right to cancel the order and request a refund, or agree to a later delivery date. Delivery timeframes do not include: 
•The order receipt date
•Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete Buyer information
•Delays due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control
•Non-working days (if they mark the beginning or end of the timeframe)

Delivery to the Buyer's Address 
Orders are delivered within 3 – 5 business days from the payment confirmation. Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building at the specified address. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification or contact the recipient by phone to arrange a new delivery attempt. 

Shipping Costs Within the EU 
The shipping costs are included in the product price, meaning the Seller does not charge the Buyer for shipping services. 

Conditions for Receiving the Shipment 
All products are securely packed in protective transport packaging to prevent damage during transit. Upon delivery, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting the package for any visible damage. If there are signs of external damage, the Buyer should immediately report it to the courier and refuse to accept the package. Upon receiving the order, the Buyer must sign the delivery note, which serves as confirmation of receipt.
